One fateful evening brought about a drastic change in human history. The bustling city of New York was completely destroyed, only to be reborn as a new metropolis known as Hellsalem's Lot - an extraordinary place where the mundane and mystical coexist. Three years later, this city remains a hub for both humans and otherworldly beings, despite frequent bouts of violence. This is all made possible by a thick layer of fog that keeps Hellsalem's Lot's secrets safe from the outside world and where exchange is heavily restricted. A hidden organization known as Libra is responsible for maintaining equilibrium and safeguarding the city and the world beyond. Leo, who had suffered the loss of his sister's vision due to the chaos that defines Hellsalem's Lot, discovers his own superhuman ability called "The Eyes of God." In his quest to understand this power, he connects with Libra and offers his assistance to their cause. Though hesitant at first, the group eventually welcomes Leo into their ranks. He joins a team led by Klaus von Reinherz, a brave and compassionate leader, and a crew of other colorful characters all working together on perilous missions. The team's main goal is to ensure Hellsalem's Lot stays safe, a city that never sleeps.
