花紡ぐ、庇護ノ神 There are things that cannot be seen. There's the "spirit realm" where gods and evil spirits reside. the "present world" where humans live, and the "false realm" that lies in the depths of the earth... In the "spirit realm", there stands a grand, magnificient tree called "The God Tree of the Departed". Due to a certain incident, Sera, a god of protection (higo no kami) whose duty is to guard the God Tree, now has to descend into the present word and start a journey to gather up all the God Tree's seeds that have been scattered there. In every place she travels to, she observes many gossip-worthy happenings in which she comes into contact with gloom, memories, and desire... feelings many humans and gods have embraced.
